MANAGEMENT TEAM

M.Sc. Massimo Centazzo

Education: Massimo graduated in 1999 in Theoretical Physics at Padova University, with a thesis on the interaction between electro-magnetic fields and the geometry of space-time generated by rotating holes blacks (Kerr geometry). In 2000 he continued the thesis work at the Albert Einstein Institute of the Max-Planck-Gesellschaft in Potsdam, Germany. In 2002 he obtained a diploma in programming C/C++ at the University College of London, London, United Kingdom. Finally, from 2005 to 2006 he worked with INFM and ELETTRA Synchrotron Light Laboratory where he practiced with the absorption of electromagnetic radiation by materials and learnt spectroscopy techniques such as EXAFS and XRD.

Experience: Massimo started his career in 2000, when he became Statistical Analyst and then Head of Statistics for a banking consultancy company specialised in wholesale finance in the City of London, United Kingdom. In 2006 Massimo accepted the duty of Project Manager and, in 2008, COO of QID, a company developing and producing nano-structured catalysts for the chemical industry, also taking care of business plans preparation and Venture Capital raising. In 2007 he became Deputy Head of Production and Vice-Head of R&D at Helios Technology in Carmignano di Brenta (PD). Since 2009 he is also a consultant to M2 Energy, a company located in Piazzola sul Brenta (PD), where he has developed  from the beginning a project for a realization of a 600KWe bio-masse power station.
He is Founder and President of MRP srl.

M. Eng. Mark Peter Rossetto

Education: Mark graduated in 2002 in Electrical Engineering at Padova University, where he specialised in PV technologies with a thesis titled "Analysis of power losses in the development of a new large surface mono-crystalline solar cell." Registered member of Padua Engineers Board since 2003, he was involved in the renewable energy field since year 2000 through the University exchange program Erasmus, attending courses in wind energy, photovoltaics and solar thermal, at the 'Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid (ICAI).

Experience: In 2003 Mark joined the R&D team of Helios Technology. In 2004 he join a PV European R&D program in collaboration with the CRAFT Reinhland TUV of Cologne, German,) and many other European manufacturers of photovoltaic modules which methods for the indoor characterization of photovoltaic modules were developed, analysed and compared to improve the measurement’s accuracy. From 2006 to 2010, as R&D Manager and Product Development manager at Helios Technology, he identified new production technologies to scale up the production capacity from 6 MWp/year to 60MWp/year. Mark is a very well known actor in the PV stage, having a long tradition of co-operation with the major manufacturers of poly-silicon, wafers, cells and modules globally. Starting from 2000,  he successfully lead the development, certification and the commercialization of more than 20 PV products.
He is Founder and Amministrator of MRP srl.

M.Eng. Andrea Ragni

Education: Andrea graduated in 1996 in Engineering at Padova University, with a thesis titled “Use of aquifers as source of energy to condition temperature of buildings and using seasonal storage in the subsurface”.
Experiences: Andrea immediately started his professional experience, becoming Project Manager for the implementation of a plant producing automatic packaging machines in Mexico, on behalf of an Italian company in 1996. From 1998 Andrea began his work experience in Italy as Vice Plant Manager, optimising production throughput with the introduction of new manufacturing methods. At the same company he lead the program focused on production processes and energy consumption optimisation. Starting from 2001 Andrea worked at Helios Technology, dealing with Technology Transfers, maintenance and development. He quickly became Plant Manager contributing actively to the exponential growth of the plant's production capacity by applying his previous experience in production processes and energy consumption optimisation. He has given significant support to the PV industry with the invention and implementation of the first 0-Waste Water system completely integrated with the production of photovoltaic cells and modules, thus drastically reducing water consumption and the production of hazardous waste in manufacturing.
He is Founder and Amministrator of MRP srl.

M.Eng. Renato Dall’Agata

Education. Renato graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1996 at Padova University with a thesis titled ”Practical reuse of chlorinated waste as non-conventional fuels”. In 2000 Renato specialized in "Environmental Management Systems" with a specialization course at the same University. He continued his education in 2001 attending the courses of "Energy Management" and "PV systems installations" at ENEA, Bologna. In 2010 he received the Master Degree of SDA Bocconi, Milan, in "Supply Chain Management".

Experiences. Renato decided to start his professional experience at international level from the beginning in 1997, with the role of "Project Manager" in the realisation of several fully-automated and turnkey production plants in the food Industry,  Automotive Industry and PV Industry, where he specialised in the production of "C- Si solar cells and modules". In this field he successfully took Helios Technology from 6 MWp to 60 MWp of production capacity covering the role of Operation Manager. He repeated the same experience leading the installation of the 100 MWp production line of Silfab, Ontario.
He is Founder and Amministrator of MRP srl.
